Her life’s path has been one of continual learning and discovery and has always been about inspiring others to take risks and to believe in possibility. She is passionate about building communities to educate, support and ignite human potential.
The formation of It Takes A Village Wellness is a result of that passion, bringing together all of Diane’s work under one roof. Through It Takes a Village Wellness Diane delivers wellness programs and workshops, teaches private yoga and delivers mindfulness training. Through A Woman Alive Diane offers transformational coaching and women’s wellness retreats with a focus on women entrepreneurs and women in transition. EDUCATION ALIVE™ Wellness Programs were created to help schools and businesses create cultures of wellness and mental health.
Diane developed a proprietary multi-dimensional model of wellness and mental health. Her work with individuals, schools and businesses emphasizes the growing need for us to explore the many dimensions of our own wellness, empower ourselves with tools for self-awareness, cultivate emotional IQ and foster a mindset of possibility. Diane is an explorer in the field of neuroscience and transformation and a prolific writer. In 2019 she launched DiscoverLivingAlive.com, a blog focusing on our youth and education, mindfulness, movement and the transformative power of understanding ourselves and our brains.
Her past endeavors include owning Artful Events, an event planning company, and as a consultant to not-for-profits. Diane was also the founder and owner of the Telamon Community Center, an after-school program in Medway, MA, that served special needs families offering a home-like environment, whole foods, yoga classes and community events.
Diane holds her M.
